Appointments
We would like to spare you long waiting periods, so please arrange an appointment, either by telephone (069 / 43 08 836) or by clicking on the Appointments
tab on this web site. Please state the reason for your visit so that we can plan a suitable duration for your consultation and appraise the urgency of your visit.
Emergency cases without an appointment are admitted ONLY between the hours of 8 am and 10 am and only if you are already a registered patient in our practice.
Due to this arrangement it may be necessary for those with an appointment to wait a little longer than usual. Your understanding for this situation will be appreciated.
Answering machine
Our answering service for ordering prescriptions and referral slips (“Überweisungsscheine”) is available 24/7. When leaving your message, please speak slowly and clearly, stating your full name, your date of birth and your request. These items are usually ready for pick-up the next day. If desired we can send the forms to your address if you pre-pay the postage. During off-hours our main line (069 / 43 08 836) will play a recorded message stating our surgery hours and information as to where help can be found in an emergency.
Please note that appointments can only be made by telephone or by using the facility Appointments on this web site. By using the answering service and this web site you can help us to keep our main line open for urgent calls and arranging appointments. If you are unable to keep an appointment we would appreciate notification via telephone (069 / 43 08 836 or 43 08 83 70) or by e-mail.

E-mail addresses and telephone numbers for your use are listed under Contact. Our e-mails are downloaded several times daily, so that reaction times are as short as possible. Return calls will be made within 24 hours, prescriptions and referral slips are available the next day for pick-up.
Mailing prescriptions and referral slips
If you wish for your prescription etc. to be mailed to you, please write to us with your request and enclose a stamped addressed envelope. Please remember that it is necessary, if you are a member of a statutory medical insurance (gesetzliche Krankenkasse, e.g. AOK, Barmer Ersatzkasse, DAK), either to pay €10 and have your insurance card read into the computer system or present an "Überweisungsschein" from your family doctor once each quarter year before we can issue any documents.
